摘要
针对杨村煤矿321综放工作面粉尘浓度大的问题,找出综放工作面五个主要产尘源并进行分析,采取了煤层超前静压注水,采煤机内外喷雾及负压降尘、液压支架移架及放煤自动喷雾、转载点喷雾降尘及净化风流综合防尘技术,有效的降低了综放工作面的粉尘浓度,取得了较好的效果。
For the case of the huge dust concentration on the 321st fully mechanized caving face of Yangcun coal mine,this thesis find out fivemajor dust sources on caving face to analyze and take measures of advanced static pressure water injection in coal seam, spray and negativepressure dust control form interior and exterior of coal winning machine,auto spray and moving hydraulic support,spraying on transshipmentpoint and air decontamination to control the dust comprehensively,which effective increase the dust concentration on fully mechanized cavingface of Yangcun coal mine and obtain the favorable effect.
