摘要 在目前的煤矿顶板锚杆应力监测中,由于传感器整机功耗大,存在频繁更换电池的缺点。基于此问题,本文提出了一种基于无线扩频LoRa技术的低功耗锚杆应力传感器设计方案。传感器由锂离子蓄电池供电,并通过前向纠错编码技术与网关实现数据可靠传输。利用MCU降频、空闲模式切换的方式降低了整机功耗。从而解决了锚杆应力监测的现存问题。 Due to the large power consumption, there is a defect of frequent replacement battery in the present coal mine roof anchor rod stressmonitoring. Because of this problem, this paper proposes a low power consumption anchor rod stress sensor design based on LoRa, which is anew technology of wireless spread spectrum. Sensor consists of lithium ion battery power supply. To realize data reliable transmission Forwarderror correction coding technology applies data transmission to the gateway. Sensor reduces its power consumption by means of reducing MCUfrequency and idle mode switching. We solve the current existing problems of anchor rod stress monitoring.
