摘要
柳州官塘物流港铁路专用线紧靠官塘港码头,便于水铁多式联运物流开展,其开发建设对降低工业物流成本、提升社会物流效率具有重要意义。阐述广西柳州官塘物流港相关规划及铁路专用线项目,对官塘物流港铁路专用线运量进行预测,在此基础上,从接轨、线路走向、货运中心布置3个方面对铁路专用线方案进行研究,提出接轨方案推荐从洛埠站接轨,选用拆除中间站台增设到发线改造方案,线路走向方案推荐采用利用既有专用线通道方案,货运中心规划布置钢材深加工作业区、集装箱兼长大笨作业区、成件包装作业区、散货作业区、特货作业区等。
Railway industrial siding of Liuzhou Guantang Logistics Port is close to the dock of Guantang Port, so it is convenient to develop the logistics of water-rail inter-model transportation, and its development and construction have significance on reducing industrial logistics cost and increasing social logistics efficiency. This paper expounds relative plan of Liuzhou Guantang Logistics Port in Guangxi and the freight transport center project of the railway siding, and makes forecast on transport volume of the siding. Based on above, the paper studies the program of the railway siding from three aspects including junction program, track alignment program and layout scheme of freight transport center. The paper also puts forward proposals on the program of taking junction in Luobu Station, and the reconstruction program of removing intermediate platform and adding arrival-departure track; It also recommend that the track alignment program to use existing industrial siding corridor, and some operation zones should be planned and laid out in freight transport center, such as operation zone of steel further processing, operation zone of container and heavy haul trains, packing operation zone, bulk goods operation zone and special-purpose goods operation zone.
