摘要 口岸站液化石油气换装铁路专用线是保障液化气进口运输的重要基础设施,对提高换装效率,保障运输安全,促进国民经济发展具有重要的作用。为提高口岸液化石油气换装效率和质量,概述液化石油气运输现状,在现有液化石油气铁路运输相关规程、规定的基础上,分析口岸站液化石油气换装铁路专用线作业流程,提出在宽轨铁路专用线系统采用"机车后隔离+宽轨罐车整列编组"、在准轨铁路专用线系统采用"1次取送1组罐车"的作业方案,并根据相关机车、车辆参数和运输需求,分析确定各线路有效长和线路条数,提出口岸站液化石油气换装铁路专用线平面方案,为类似铁路专用线设计提供参考。 The railway industrial siding for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) transshipment in port station is an important infrastructure of ensuring the LPG import and transport, and has important roles in increasing transshipment efficiency, ensuring transport safety and promoting national economic development. In order to increase LPG transshipment efficiency and quality in port station, this paper summarizes status of LPG transportation. Based on existing regulations and rules of railway LPG transportation, the paper analyzes the operation flow of railway industrial siding for LPG transshipment in port station, and puts forward the operation program of applying "locomotive separation + wide-gauge tank wagon integrated formation" on wide-gauge railway industrial siding system and applying "receive and delivery one set tank wagon each time" on standard-gauge railway industrial siding system. According to the relative locomotive, vehicle parameters and transport demand, the paper analyzes and determines effective length of each line and the number of lines, and puts forward the plane program of railway industrial siding for LPG transshipment in port station, so as to provide reference for design of similar railway industrial siding.
