农村卓越教师培养研究综述

Research on the Training of Rural Excellent Teachers

现阶段国内外关于卓越教师的研究成果包括卓越教师关键特征和培养路径的理论探讨、卓越教师职前教育与职后培训的实践探索等。在培养农村卓越教师过程中,政府应加大对此项工作的投入。高等师范院校应明确卓越教师培养的方向,推进人才培养模式的改革,完善卓越教师培养职前职后一体化机制。农村学校应从更新教师教育理念入手,努力为教师成长创造良好环境。

The research findings on the training of rural excellent teachers in China and foreign countries can be divided into the theoretical research on the key characteristics and approaches, and the practical research on the preservice training and in-service training. The government should deepen their commitment to the training of excellent teachers. The normal universities should set clear objectives, further the reform of talent training, improve the comprehensive training system. The rural schools should update the ideas of staff training, create a good environment for the growth of teachers.
