北京中医药大学温病学教学现状及教学需求的调查与分析 被引量:2

Investigation and analysis on doctrine of epidemic febrile diseases teaching situation and requirement in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的明确学生对温病学的真实教学需求,以期更好地从学生将来临床应用的角度调整教学内容及方式。方法自行编制调查问卷,调研主题包括温病学的基本课程内容、温病教学模式、温病经典教学、温病临床教学等内容。对北京中医药大学研究生,综合医院东直门医院、北京市中医院、北京中医药大学第三附属医院不同科室临床医师,感染病专科医院(地坛医院)临床医师为调查研究对象,并对结果进行统计分析。结果以大家对经典条文的掌握情况为例,经统计分析,研究生、综合医院临床医师、感染病医院临床医师能背诵经典条文的比例分别为40%、42%、75%。结论感染病医院医师对温病经典需求更强,掌握经典情况比综合医院医师、研究生更佳。 Objective To make sure of students' real needs in doctrine of epidemic febrile diseases teaching so as to better adjust teaching contents and methods from student' s needs in the future. Methods Self-made questionnaire included such contents as basic course content, teaching mode, classic teaching, and clinical teaching. Questionnaire survey was conducted among graduate students in the university, general hospital' s clinical doctors from the Dongzhimen Hospital, Beijing Hospital TCM, and the university's Third Affiliated Hospital and specialized hospital clinical doctors from the Ditan Hospital. The results were statistically processed. Results Mastery of classical articles was taken as the example. It showed that the percentage of graduate students, general hospital doctors and specialized hospital doctors who could recite the classical articles was respectively 40%, 42% and 75%. Conclusion Infectious diseases hospital sets a higher demand on doctrines of epidemic febrile diseases. Doctors there have better mastery of classics than graduate students and doctors in general hospitals.
