摘要
为了突出"以学生为主体,教师为主导"的现代教学模式,改进传统的终结性考试评价弊端,采取多元化评价考核模式,选两个班级为研究对象,对照班级采取平时成绩30%、期末考试成绩70%的一般性终结性评价;观察班级采取以出勤率、课堂提问、方歌背诵、病案讨论、心得体会、自行授课等综合成绩占50%,期末试卷成绩占50%的多元化评价考核,通过不记名问卷调查和考核成绩进行统计分析。研究结果表明观察班学生对学习效果、学习收获、课程改革认可评价方面、期末考试成绩要优于对照班;该多元化评价考核模式具有督促学习、夯实基础、牢固记忆、提高成绩等特点,符合学生认知规律,为高职基础课程方剂学教学改革提供可鉴的教学模式。
The multi-evaluation and examination system was established to highlight student-oriented and teacher- guiding teaching model and reform the disadvantage of terminal performance assessment. Two classes were selected for study. General terminal assessment was given to the control class with the score of usual performance 30% and final examination 70%. Multi-evaluation and assessment was given to the observation class, with class attendance, classroom questioning, formulae recitation, case study, learning experience, and self-teaching making up 50% of the score, and final examination the other 50%. Unregistered questionnaire and examination achievement were statistically analyzed. The results showed that the observation class was better than the control one in learning effect, learning harvest, acceptance and appraisal of teaching reform, and final test score. The new assessment mode was characteristic of study promoting, foundation consolidating, memory securing, and performance improving. This conformed to the law of student' cognitive rules and thus provided reference for teaching reform of TCM formulas in vocational education.
