蒙药地格达属的指纹图谱比较研究

Study on chromatography fingerprint comparison of Mongolian medicine of Digeda

目的:建立地格达属药材的HPLC指纹图谱,为其药材质量评价提供依据。方法:以龙胆苦苷为参照物,采用高效液相色谱法,对4种地格达进行了指纹图谱分析。采用Century SILC_(18)-EPS5μm250×4.6mm的色谱柱,流动相:甲醇:乙腈:水(0.1%磷酸)进行梯度洗脱,流速:0.8m L,检测波长:270nm,柱温:30℃,进样量:10μL。结果:该方法精密度高,重现性好,共分离了12个指纹峰。结论:不同地格达药材的内在质量存在差异,该方法可用于地格达属药材的质量控制。

Purpose：Establishing the chromatography fingerprint of medicinal materials of Digeda to provide a basis for evaluation of its quality. Method： With Gentiopicroside as reference, using high performance liquid chromatography, to ground up to be the fingerprint analysis. Chromatographic conditions as follows： CenturySILC18 -EPS5um250×4.6mm chromatography columns, ： CH3OH：C2H3N ：H20 as elution solvents ;go on gra- dient, a flow rate of 0.8ml/min, an ultraviolet detector at 270nm, temperature of 30℃ , Enter sample quantity of 10ul. Results：The method of high precision, reproducibility, and separation of a total of 12 fingerprint peaks. Conclusion： Inherent quality differences of different herbs, the method can be used to reach an herbal medicine quality control.
