摘要
将运动员分为静止参考组、运动参考组和激光照射组,采用不同剂量的激光对运动员运动后肌肉进行照射,分析不同剂量的激光照射对运动员肌肉自由基代谢及骨骼肌NO代谢的影响.实验结果表明:激光照射剂量达到52J/cm^2时,能显著增强运动后肌肉的SOD活性和NOS活性,降低肌肉MDA含量,提升NO水平及SOD/MDA比值和NO/MDA比值;激光照射能够有效抑制肌肉炎症的发展,促进组织修复,有利于运动性肌肉损伤的治疗.
Athletes are divided into static reference group, reference group and laser irradiation group and athletes were irradiated with different doses of laser. The effects between different doses laser irradia- tion and free radical metabolism, NO metabolism of skeletal muscle is analyzed. The experimental results showed that when the laser irradiation dose reaches 52J/cm^2 , SOD activity and NOS activity are significantly enhanced after exercise and the content of MDA is reduced to improve the NO level,SOD/MDA and NO/MDA ratio. Laser irradiation can effectively inhibit the development of muscle inflammation and promote tissue repair which is conducive to the treatment of exercise-induced muscle damage.
