摘要 目的对急诊科医师在工作过程中产生的压力源进行分析并提供对策,从而减轻各种压力对急诊科医师造成的伤害,从最大程度上提高工作人员的工作热情,促进医疗工作品质,满足患者的需要。方法使用问卷调查方式,对38名急诊科医师及32名急诊科轮转医师进行压力源调查。结果整个调查过程中工作人员平均压力值达到94.9%,占比较大的包括:医患关系紧张、工作量大、工作风险大等。结论缓解紧张的医患关系,增加医师自身的抗压能力。制定比较科学的管理方式来帮助医师更好地进行工作,对急诊科医师进行压力疏导工作,促进急诊科医师保持良好的工作态度。 Objective Analyze and produce countermeasures of the stressors produced in work among emergency department physicians, so as to reduce the damage to emergency department physicians caused by all kinds of pressure, and increase the working enthusiasm of staff from the largest extent, promote the quality of medical work to meet the needs of patients. Methods Investigate the stressors of 38 emergency department physicians and 32 rotating physicians in emergency department by questionnaires. Results During the entire investigation, the average pressure value reached 94.9%, with a large proportion of intense relationship between doctor and patient, heavy work load and high work risk. Conclusion It is necessary to ease tension between doctors and patients, and increase the resilience of doctors. Scientific management methods should be carried out to make better work, ease the pressure of emergency doctors and help doctors keep good working attitude.
