摘要
为解决聚乳酸纤维不耐高温,需要低温定形的问题,结合聚乳酸纤维的性能特点及应用情况,对比分析聚烯烃弹力丝·梦丝 与氨纶的定形工艺,结果表明,氨纶的定性温度为185~200oC,聚烯烃弹力丝·梦丝 弹力丝的定形温度为115~200℃。并进一步结合聚烯烃弹力丝·梦丝 ,探讨纬编针织弹力聚乳酸纤维面料低温定形、低温染色的绿色环保工艺,从而为聚乳酸纤维在纺织面料的应用提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of that the polylactic acid fiber (PLA) cannot resist high temperature and needs low temperature setting, this paper compares the setting technology of the polyolefin stretch yarn "MicroStretch and spandex based on the properties and application of PLA. The results show that the setting temperature of the spandex is 185-200 ℃ and the polyolefin stretch yarn. MicroStreteh is 115-200 ℃. In addition, it discusses in detail the environment protecting technology of low temperature setting and dyeing of the knitted stretch PLA fabric by using the polyolefin stretch yarn.MicroStretch , which provides references for the application of PLA in textile fabrics.
