摘要
研究了金属仿酶型双氧水催化剂漂特灵DM-1436在棉针织物低温练漂中的应用,通过正交试验和单因素试验对高效除油剂DM-1130、漂特灵DM-1436、固体Na OH、30%H_2O_2用量进行了优化,同时分析了其他因素对棉针织物低温练漂工艺的影响。结果表明,经优化后棉针织物低温练漂处方为高效除油剂DM-1130用量0.4 g/L、漂特灵DM-1436用量1.5 g/L、固体Na OH用量2.0 g/L、30%H_2O_2用量7.0 g/L,此时练漂温度可降低至80℃;软水剂CT与漂特灵DM-1436具有显著的协同作用,并可消除重金属Fe^(3+)对体系的负面影响,但无法消除Mn^(2+)对体系的负面影响。
The low temperature bleaching process of cotton fabric with Piaoteling DM-1436 was studied. Through orthogonal experiments and single factor experiments, the dosage Of highly effective oil remover DM-1130, Piaoteling DM-1436, sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide were optimized. And the other factors which affecting the low t emperature bleaching process were analyzed. The results show that the optimum recipe of low temperature bleaching is that the dosage of highly effective oil remover DM-1130 is 0.4 g/L, the dosage of Piaoteling DM-1436 is 1.5 g/L, the dosage of NaOH is 2.0 g/L, the dosage of 30%H202 is 7.0 g/L, and at the same time, the temperature can be reduced to 80℃; water softener CT and Piaoteling DM-1436 have significant synergies, and can remove the negative impact of heavy metals Fe3+ on the system, but can not eliminate the negative impact of Mn2+ on the system.
