摘要
本文详细阐述了高海拔地区七条新型干法水泥生产线的运行状况、烧成系统配置及存在的问题,结合现场检测及优化调试结果,针对其瓶颈及不足之处提出了合理的优化建议及改造方案,改造后生产线烧成系统达到了更好的运行指标。
In this paper, seven new dry process cement production lines at high altitude are introduced in detail. The operation conditions, configuration and problems of the Pyro system are also discussed. According to the bottleneck and insufficient points of the Pyro system, the optimized proposals and transformation schemes were put forward based on the measuring and commissioning results. After the modification, the production line Pyro system achieved a better operating index.
