分级氢氧化铟材料的合成及其尿酸电化学敏感特性研究

摘要 在不添加高分子表面活性剂的条件下,采用一种简单的水热合成方法制备出In(OH)_3纳米材料,并应用于尿酸的非酶电化学检测。X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)显示,样品具有较好结晶性和均匀的分级三维花状结构。实验发现,该材料在氢氧化钠溶液体系中对尿酸表现出良好的电催化活性,且相比于In_2O_3具有更好的电极稳定性。基于该材料修饰的电极对尿酸的检测极限为75nmol/L(S/N=3),线性检测范围上限为4.969×10^(-4) mol/L,灵敏度高达301.3μA·mmol/L·cm^2,具有良好的选择性。 Nanostructured Indium hydroxide (In(OH)3 )was synthesized through a facile hydrothermal route without any polymer surfactants,which was applied to the non-enzymatic electrochemical detection of uric acid (UA).The results characterized from X-ray diffraction (XRD)and scanning electron microscopy (SEM)indica-ted that the powders owned good crystallinity and uniform hierarchical 3-D flower-like structure.The experi-ment results revealed that the obtained material exhibited good electrocatalytic activity for the detection of UA in sodium hydroxide solution.In addition,compared with In2 O3 ,In(OH)3 showed higher electrode stability. The non-enzymatic electrochemical sensor was used in the detection of UA with a detection limit of 75 nmol/L (S/N = 3),a wide linear detection ranged up to 4.696×10-4 mol/L,a high sensitivity of 301.3μA-mmol/L-cm2 and good selectivity toward UA.
