摘要
采用熔体-淬冷法制备了Ce^(3+)离子掺杂锂(硼、磷)硅酸盐闪烁玻璃,采用紫外-可见透射、荧光分光法分别研究了Ce^(3+)离子掺杂锂硅酸盐、锂硼酸盐、锂硼硅酸盐、锂硼磷硅酸盐玻璃的紫外-可见透射、激发与发射性质。研究结果表明,在Ce^(3+)离子掺杂锂硅酸盐玻璃内引入一定量的B^(3+)、P5+离子,其紫外吸收截止边,紫外激发与发射光谱分别发生一定的红移与蓝移,紫外激发与发射光谱强度明显降低。
A novel lithium (borate,phosphate)silicate glass doped with trivalent cerium ions has been synthe-sized by using melt-quenching method.The UV-vis transmission spectra,photoluminescence excitation (PLE) and emission (PL)properties under excitation of UV-rays,have been investigated by UV-vis absorption tech-nology,fluorescence spectroscopy technology.Results showed,with the addition of B3+,P5+ ions into Ce3+ions doped lithium silicate glass,UV absorption cutoff edge,UV excitation and emission spectra showed an appar-ent redshift and blue-shift respectively,the intensity of excitation and emission spectra decreased.
