泰州市公交优先发展策略研究

Priority Development Strategies of Public Transport for Taizhou City

作为联系社会生产和人民生活的纽带,城市公共交通是城市功能正常运转的基础支撑和提升城市综合竞争力的关键,而泰州市正处于居民出行方式由非机动化向机动化转变的关键时期,有必要对其公交发展进行反思,寻求实现"公交优先发展"战略的切实可行的策略。文章在分析泰州市公交发展中取得成就和不足的基础上,从政府、企业和出行者三个层面提出相关的策略,以期望对泰州市的公交发展有所帮助。

As the tie between social production and people＇s living, urban public traffic plays an important role in operation of urban function and improving comprehensive competitiveness of cities. It is necessary to seek feasible strategies of public transport priority for Taizhou city based on present situation of urban traffic, in which inhabitant mode share is changing from non-motorized to motorized mode, Based on the development situations of urban public traffic in Taizhou city, systematic strategies were put forward from three aspects, government leading, enterprise services and residents involvement in order to help the development of public transportation in Taizhou City.
