The testing methods of main properties and characterization methods of soy protein-based adhesive were summarized in this paper. Improving and making evaluation standards, diversifying characterization methods of soy protein-based adhesive were proposed, which had played an important role in promoting the practical application and improving market competitiveness of soy protein-based adhesive.
