摘要
在系统分析含碳铜钴矿石选矿工艺和技术难点的基础上,采用矿浆调整剂BK-530作碳质物的抑制剂、丁基黄药作捕收剂,对刚果(金)的KM铜钴矿石和LS铜钴矿石进行选矿试验研究,确定了抑碳铜钴浮选工艺流程,获得较好的选矿试验结果。KM铜钴矿石的闭路试验结果为铜钴混合精矿含铜22.47%、含钴2.08%,铜、钴的回收率分别为94.21%和90.52%。LS铜钴矿石的闭路试验结果为铜钴混合精矿含铜27.41%、含钴7.69%,铜、钴的回收率分别为86.33%和91.67%。
Based on the systematic analysis of the mineral processing technology and technical difficulties of carbon containing copper-cobalt ore, research of mineral processing test was carried out using the slurry modifier BK- 550 as carbonaceous materials inhibitor and butyl xanthate as collector for R. D. Congo KM copper cobalt ore and LS copper cobalt ore, determining inhibiting carbon process of copper-cobalt flotation and obtaining good results. The results of closed circuit test of KM copper-cobalt ore are as follows: the copper and cobalt grade of copper-cobalt concentrate are 22.47% and 2. 08% respectively, and copper and cobalt recovery rate are 94. 21% and 90. 52% respectively. The results of closed circuit test of LS copper-cobalt ore are as follows: the copper and cobalt grade of copper-cobalt concentrate are 27.41% and 7.69% respectively, and copper and cobalt recovery rate are 86. 33% and 91.67% respectively.
