摘要
针对某低品位铅锌硫多金属硫化矿石的性质特点,经过浮选工艺小型试验研究,采用粗磨—全硫混合浮选—混合精矿再磨—铅锌(硫)分离的原则流程,能获得较好的技术指标。最终获得含铅58.48%,含锌5.62%,含金15.97 g/t,含银12 896.75 g/t,铅回收率77.18%,金回收率35.23%,银回收率80.46%的铅精矿;含铅0.13%,含锌57.85%,含金0.87 g/t,含银196.79 g/t,锌回收率88.95%的锌精矿;含金3.91 g/t,硫42.36%,金、硫回收率分别为46.41%和59.15%的硫精矿,实现了资源综合回收,从而为合理开发该矿石资源提供了依据。
In view of a certain low-grade Pb-Zn poly-metallic sulfide ore nature characteristic, based on the small experimental research of flotation technology, a principled flowsheet of primary grinding-bulk flotation- regrinding of rough concentrate-separation of Pb and Zn (S) is selected. The experimental research indicates that lead concentrate is 58.48% in lead grade, 5.62% in zinc grade, 15.97 g/t in gold grade, 12 896.75 g/t in silver grade, 77. 18% in lead recovery, 35.23% in gold recovery, 80. 46% in silver recovery, zinc concentrate is 0. 13% in lead grade, 57.85% in zinc grade, 0. 87 g/t in gold grade, 196. 79 g/t in silver grade , 88.95% in zinc recovery, and pyrite concentrate is 3.91 g/t in gold grade, 42.36% in pyrite grade, 46.41% in gold recovery, 59. 15% in pyrite recovery. In this way, resources can be recovered significantly. These may provide a basis for the proper development and utilization of resources in this district.
