摘要
传统的铜钼分离所用铜抑制剂大多数都是无机化合物。中国黄金集团乌努格吐山矿的铜钼分离流程使用了大量的NaHS,药剂成本高、环保压力大。2014年,该矿开展高效合成有机药剂AERO8371PNR进行了铜抑制剂工业试验。试验效果较好,NaHS的用量减少了37%,直接节约药剂成本30%,钼精矿品位从45.39%提高到了47.10%;钼精矿中的铜含量从1.33%降低到了1.0%以下,并提高了铜钼分离作业的稳定性。
traditional inhibitors applied in copper-molybdenum separation are inorganic compounds. Formerly in Wunugetushan mine of China National Gold Group Corporation, large amount of Naris were used in copper- molybdenum separation process, causing high reagent cost and environmental problems. In 2014, industrial experiment of highly efficient organic reagent AERO8371PNR synthesis as copper inhibitor was carried out. The results are very impressive: the dosage of Naris used reduced by 37%, saving reagents expenditure by 30% besides, the grade of molybdenum concentrate improved from 45.39% to 47.10% with a decrease of copper content from 1.33% to less than 1.0% , thus stabilizing the operation of copper-molybdenum separation.
