乙肝后肝硬化中医证型与IL-6、IL-28B及TNF-α表达的相关性研究

Correlation between TCM Syndrome Types of HBV-related hepatic cirrhosis and the Expressions of Inflammatory Cytokines IL-6,IL-28B and TNF-α

目的探讨乙肝后肝硬化中医辨证分型与血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-28B(IL-28B)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的关系。方法选择112例乙肝后肝硬化患者为研究对象,对患者进行中医辨证分型,并采用ELISA法检测患者血清IL-6、IL-28B及TNF-α水平,分析各指标水平与乙肝后肝硬化中医证型的关系。结果乙肝后肝硬化中医证型以肝气郁结证所占比例最高(43.8%),其次依次为瘀血阻络证(18.8%)、湿热蕴结证(11.6%)、水湿内阻证(10.7%)、脾肾阳虚证(8.0%)、肝肾阴虚证(7.1%)。肝肾阴虚证患者血清IL-6、TNF-α水平明显高于其他证型(P均<0.05),脾肾阳虚证患者血清IL-28B水平明显高于其他证型(P均<0.05)。结论乙肝后肝硬化中医证型与血清IL-6、IL-28B、TNF-α之间存在一定联系,值得进一步研究。

Objective It is to explore the relationship between TCM Syndrome type of HBV-related hepatic cirrhosis and IL-6,IL-28 B and TNF-α. Methods 112 cases of patients with HBV-related hepatic cirrhosis were subjected to TCM syndrome differentiation and determination of IL-6,IL-28 B and TNF-α by ELISA test. The relationship between TCM Syndrome type of HBV-related hepatic cirrhosis and IL-6,IL-28 B and TNF-α were analyzed. Results The distribution of TCM Syndrome type of HBV-related hepatic cirrhosis as follows：liver qi stagnation syndrome（43. 8%）,static blood blocking collaterals syndrome（18. 8%）,damp and heat accumulate knot syndrome（11. 6%）,moisture vapour resistance syndrome（10. 7%）,spleen and kidney yang-deficiency syndrome（8. 0%）,liver and kidney yin-deficiendy syndrome（7. 1%）. The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the patients with liver and kidney yin-deficiendy syndrome were significantly higher than those in the others（all P〈0. 05）,the level of IL-28 B in the patients with spleen and kidney yang-deficiency syndrome was significantly higher than that in the others（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion There are certain relationships between TCM syndrome type of HBV-related hepatic cirrhosis and IL-6,IL-28 B and TNF-α.
