摘要
在恒功耗条件下,通过考虑以往被忽略掉的栅极寄生阻抗和外加电容对噪声放大器噪声系数的影响,结合低噪声放大器(LNA)的等效小信号模型,推导出噪声系数表达式,提出恒功耗条件下噪声优化的方法。同时对提出的噪声系数优化方法进行MATLAB理论仿真,在ADS软件中对理论结果进行仿真验证。
Based on constant power conditions, this paper by previously overlooked gate parasitic resistance and capacitance influence aim at noise amplifier noise coefficient, combined with the low noise amplifier(LNA) equivalent small signal model, noise coefficient expression is derived, and under constant power noise optimization method is proposed. Meanwhile the theory of the MATLAB simulation for raised noise coefficient optimization method and the simulation carried out to verify the theoretical results in ADS software.
