摘要
针对车架号码区域的完整性检测过程中,现有技术无法实时、准确地获取检测区域隐藏焊缝位置信息的问题,提出将通用的光电鼠标映射成为虚拟位置传感器的新思路。通过编写HID类下层过滤驱动程序将USB光电鼠标重新定义为一个新设备,使用户态应用程序获得对USB鼠标的访问权利,并通过读取鼠标的报告描述符来获得位置信息。经实验检测,改造后的位置传感器定位误差小于0.3%,完全符合检测系统对位置信息精度的要求。
For the integrity detection process of the frame number area, the existing technology can not in real time and accurately obtain the location of detection area hidden weld, an idea that ordinary optical mouse is mapped to the virtual position sensors was proposed. By writing HID class lower filter drivers to turn a USB optical mouse into a custom device, the application is able to access the standard mouse, and by reading the report descriptor of the mouse, the position information is gotten. After transformation, the position sensor has positioning error of less than 0.3%, fully meets the position information accuracy requirement of the detection system.
