摘要
电动汽车动力电池组的均衡是保障电池系统可靠性、提高电池寿命和能量利用率的关键技术。给出了一种带LCD吸收网络的反激式变换器均衡拓扑,能够实现功率管的软开关,提高了均衡拓扑的效率。文中分析了均衡电路的工作原理和功率管的软开关过程,并提出了相应的均衡电路控制策略,通过仿真和实验结果验证了理论分析,实现了动力电池组的实时均衡。
The balance of electric vehicle batteries is the key technology which can guarantee the reliability of the battery system. It can improve the life cycle and energy utilization of the batteries. A flyback balancing topology with LCD absorbing circuit which can realize soft switching is given. Thus the efficiency of the balancing topology can be improved. The working principle of balancing topology and the process of soft switching is analyzed. The corresponding control strategy of the balancing topology is proposed and the timely balance can be realized. The theoretical analysis is verified by simulation and experimental results.
