My View on China's Grain Security Strategy

作为人口大国,确保国家粮食安全和社会稳定具有重要意义。我国提出了粮食安全新目标,即谷物要基本自给,口粮要绝对安全的粮食安全战略。"口粮绝对安全"的提法,远比"实现口粮完全自给"的提法,科学得多、合理得多、准确得多。作者通过对制约我国粮食安全的因素进行分析,提出了实施粮食安全新战略的对策建议。

It is important that insure food security and social stabilization as a big country. We put forward the new goal of food security.Self-sufficiency of grain and absolute grain ration security should be ensured. The formulation of ＂absolute safety scientific and accurate than the reference to ＂fully self-sufficient of food rations＂ is far more ent in grain ration＂ . In this paper, through analyzing the factors restricting China＇s grain security, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of the new strategy of food security.
