摘要 先天性心脏病(先心病)的超声诊断一直是基层综合医院和妇幼保健医院超声医生的技术薄弱环节,长期以来限制了基层先心病二级预防工作的开展。如何让基层医生在短期进修培训期间迅速提高对先心病的超声认识水平,有效提高其独立诊断能力和远期自学能力,是三级心血管专科教学医院教师面临的重要课题。应用PBL教学法,在引导学员自主学习,开发其潜能,迅速提高先心病超声诊断技术方面取得了探索性经验。 Inadequate diagnostic technique of congenital heart disease(CHD) has long limited secondary prevention of CHD in maternal and child health hospital and other grassroots general hospital. How to quickly improve the independence and self-learning ability of primary care doctors during short-term refresher training has now become an important issue for teachers in tertiary teaching hospital. PBL teaching method has been applied in our department for training echo doctors so as to develop their potential learning capacity and rapidly improve their ultrasonic diagnostic technique of CHD.
