Exploration and Application of Case-teaching Method Combined With Long-distance Clinical Training System in the Teaching of Diagnostics of Traditional Chinese Medicine

从中医诊断学教学过程中实施案例式教学法的必要性及存在的问题、构建"案例式教学法+远程临床实训系统"教学模式的优势及实施过程中需注意的问题等几个方面,探讨了案例式教学法结合远程临床实训系统在《中医诊断学》教学中的应用,认为两者有机结合对于培养学生的临床技能和临床辨证思维、提高教学质量、促进教学相长等具有重要的意义。

This paper discussed the application of case-teaching method combined with long-distance clinical training system in the teaching of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine from perspectives of necessity of implementing case-teaching method in the teaching of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine, advantages of constructing teaching model of＂caes-teaching method ＋long-distance clinical training system＂and promblems need noticed in practical application. Combing case-teaching method with long-distance clinical training system flexibly is of great importance on aspects of improving students＇ clinical skill and differentiation thinking, raising teaching quality and promoting communication between teachers and students.
