Analysis of Causes of Hospital Violence and Discussion on Prevention and Control Measures in A Grade-A General Hospital

目的探讨分析医院暴力发生的原因,并提出相关的解决方法。方法对在医院曾经受医院暴力的629名医务人员进行现场问卷调查,用统计学方法分析。结果白班是医院暴力的频发时段,医院暴力主要发生在办公室。结论分别从患方角度、医务人员角度、医院角度、社会角度对医院暴力进行了分析,并提出了相关防控对策。

Objective To analyze the causes of hospital violence, and find out relevant countermeasures. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 629 medical workers who had been affected by the violence in the hospital, analysis by statistical method. Results The day was the period of frequent violence in hospitals,Hospital violence was mainly in the office. Conclusion From the perspective of the affected side, patients, medical personnel, hospital, social perspective of hospital violence are analyzed.
