摘要
明确药理实验教学在中医药人才培养目标中的定位,提出在药理实验教学实践中,以学生为主体,激发主观能动性;以科研促进教学,动态优化教学内容;创新实验教学实践,充分汲取传统教育精髓,积极开展药理实验教学知识传承与教育教学规律的研究,突出中医药特色优势,提高药理实验教学质量,坚持中医药思维与科学思维培养并重的原则,适应新医改中医药人才培养的需求,提高中医药人才岗位胜任力,进一步充分发挥中医药作用,提高中医药的服务能力。
The location of the pharmacological experiment teaching in the talents training goal of Chinese medicine was made explicit. We put forward in the pharmacology experiment teaching practice taking the student as the main part, stimulating the subjective initiative, promoted teaching by scientific research and the dynamic optimization of teaching contents, innovated the experiment teaching practice, fully absorbed the quintessence of traditional education, actively engaged in the research of pharmacological experiment teaching knowledge inheritance and the rules of the education teaching. The characteristics of TCM advantages were highlighted. The quality of pharmacological experiment teaching was improved, which adhere to the principle of TCM thinking and scientific thinking cultivation. We adapted to the new reform of Chinese medicine talent cultivation requirements, improved talents of Chinese medicine post competency, further gave full play to the role of traditional Chinese medicine, and improved the service ability of traditional Chinese medicine.
