摘要 目的 探讨以问题为中心的教学(problem-based learning,PBL)结合标准化病人(standardized patient,SP)教学法在中医妇科见习教学中的应用效果.方法 选取广州医科大学2012级中西医结合临床医学专业1~2班60名见习学生,随机分成实验组(即PBL和SP结合教学组)和对照组(传统见习教学组),每组各30人,分别采用PBL和SP结合教学方法和传统见习带教方法,通过课后理论考核、病历书写和问卷调查比较两组见习教学效果.结果 PBL结合SP教学法较传统教学方法能更好地提高学生的学习兴趣、学习效率、技能掌握程度、临床思维能力、语言表达能力、理解记忆水平,病历书写以及理论考试成绩,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 PBL结合SP教学法在中医妇科见习教学中成效良好,值得推广. Objective To evaluate the application effect of PBL combined with SP teaching methods in clinical practice of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The clinieal integrated medicine of Class 1-2 Grade 2012 in Guangzhou Medical University were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group (30 cases) was offered PBL teaching methods combined with SP teaching methods. The control group (30 cases) used traditional teaching methods. Score of theory examination, case writing and questionnaires of the two groups were evaluated. Results Comparing with traditional teaching methods, PBL combined with SP teaching was better than traditional teaching methods in increasing interest in learning, promoting learning exercise capacity, deepening the understanding of theoretical knowledge, improving the ability to analyze problems, developing clinical thinking ability, theory examination and case writing. The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The teaching performance of PBL combined with SP in clinical practice of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine was excellent, which is worth to be popularized.
