摘要 中医肺胀的内容以其病患多、病情复杂危重、并发症多而让学生在临床见习中学习效果不佳。PBL教学法是以问题为导向的教学方法,以教师为引导,以学生为中心,在解决问题中学习,在学习中解决问题。经过多次的尝试,本文总结PBL教学法在肺胀见习的体会。通过PBL教学法可激发学生兴趣,提高对肺胀的认识;节约教师时间成本,提高临床带教成效;培养学生创新独立思考能力,促进师生沟通交流,值得我们在临床带教上继续推广。 Pulmonary distention of the traditional Chinese medicine has lots of the patients, the disease is complicated and critical, and has many complications. It allows students to learn poor in the probation. Problem-based learning (PBL) is a problem oriented teaching method, with the guidance of teachers, and students as the center. It lets students learn new knowledge in solving the prob- lem, and to solve the problem in the learning. After a number of attempts, this paper summarized the experience of PBL in pulmonary distention probation. PBL can stimulate students' interest, and improve the understanding of pulmonary distention. Teachers saved time, improved the clinical teaching effectiveness. It can cultivate students' ability of independent thinking and innovates, promote the communication between teachers and students. We should continue to spread PBL.
