Points Combination Rules of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Urinary Retention after Extensive Hysterectomy of Cervical Cancer from Obstruction-removing

立足中医理论,结合临床资料和实验研究;检索近5年针灸治疗宫颈癌广泛子宫切除术后尿潴留的临床研究相关文献,对其进行归纳总结,根据"腑以通为用"的原则,从"通"这一角度入手,分析讨论针灸治疗宫颈癌广泛子宫切除术后尿潴留的配穴应用规律,系统综述临床最新研究,总结出针灸治疗的有效性和科学性,旨在为今后的研究方向提供参考。

Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with clinical data and experimental study, we retrieved clinical research related literatures nearly 5 years of acupuncture in the treatment of urinary retention after extensive hysterectomy of cervical cancer, carried on the summary. According to ＂ the internal organs in order to pass＂ principle, from the perspective of ＂ obstruction-removing＂ , we analyzed and discussed points combination rules of acupuncture treatment of cervical carcinoma with ex- tensive uterine resection and postoperative urinary retention, systematically reviewed the latest clinical research, and summed up the effective and scientific nature of acupuncture and moxibustion, aims to provide a reference for the future research direction.
