复方玉泉饮治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病60例

Compound Yuquan Drink in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes of Deficiency of both Qi and Yin for 60 Cases

目的探讨复方玉泉饮对气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者的治疗效果。方法选取2014年8月—2015年8月60例气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者,对其予以复方玉泉饮治疗,设定为观察组进行临床研究,并选取同时期的60例2型糖尿病患者作为对照组,单纯采用西医治疗,对比2组治疗效果及患者生活质量变化。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、Hb Al C方面的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗3个月症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果复方玉泉饮应用于气阴两虚型2型糖尿病具有较为显著的临床治疗效果,可明显改善患者失眠多梦,头晕、腰膝酸软、潮热多汗、肢体麻木等临床症状,临床应用价值显著。现汇报如下。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of compound Yuquan drink in the treatment of type 2 diabetes of deficiency of both qi and yin. Methods From August 2014 to August 2015, 60 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes of deficiency of both qi and yin were given compound Yuquan drink, and were set observation group for clinical research. During the same period, 60 cases type 2 diabetes were selected as control group, and received Western medicine treatment. The therapeutic effect and quality of life were compared. Results The fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h blood glucose and the degree of improvement HbA1C aspects were better than those of the control group （P 〈0.05） , After 3 months of treatment, the symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05） . The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher that of the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The compound Yuquan drink in the treatment of type 2 diabetes of deficiency of both qi and yin has significantly clinical effect, can significantly improve patients＇ insomnia, dizziness, weak waist clinical symptoms, hot ilashes, sweating, numbness and others, and has significant clinical value.
