优质中医护理干预对急性中风患者肢体偏瘫康复的影响

Effect of TCM Quality Nursing Intervention on Limb Hemiplegia Rehabilitation of Acute Stroke Patients

目的探讨优质中医护理对急性中风患者肢体偏瘫康复的影响。方法选取2012年6月—2016年4月就诊的中风患者110例,按照随机对照原则分为观察与对照组各55例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予优质中医护理。观察比较两组患者的FMA及MBI评分。结果护理干预后两组患者FMA及MBI评分均显著升高,运动功能及日常生活能力改善,且观察组FMA及MBI评分均高于对照组,运动功能及日常生活能力优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质中医护理可促进急性中风偏瘫患者肢体功能及日常生活能力的恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of TCM quality nursing intervention on limb hemiplegia rehabilitation of acute stroke patients. Methods From June 2012 to April 2016, 110 cases of stroke patients in our hospital were divided into observation of 55 cases and control group of 55 cases according to a randomized controlled principle. The control group received usual care. The observation group was given TCM quality nursing. The FMA and MBI scores were observed and compared. Results After nursing intervention, the FMA and MBI scores of the two groups were significantly increased, motor function and activities of daily living of the tw groups improved, FMA and MBI scores of the observation group were higher those of the control group, motor function and activities of daily living of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05） . Conclusion TCM quality nursing can promote the recovery of patients with acute stroke hemiplegic limb function and activities of daily living, and is worthy of clinical application.
