痰饮病临床诊治体会

Clinical Experience in the Diagnosis and Treatment oi Retention of Phlegm and Fluid Symptom

痰饮病是由于人体的三焦气化失常,肺、脾、肾三脏之功能失调,从而导致水液代谢紊乱,停聚于体内所致的一类疾病的统称,根椐集聚部位的不同分为"痰饮""悬饮""溢饮"和"支饮",该类疾病寒热虚实夹杂,病情复杂,如若诊治不当,则缠绵难愈,甚则变生诸证,本文就几则典型临床病案谈谈该类病证的治疗体会。

The retention of phlegm and fluid symptom is caused by functional disorder of lung, spleen and kidney, because of the abnormality of Sanjiao, the dysfunction can lead to disorder of the liquid metabolism, so that the inner body liquid will stay to cause the retention of phlegm and fluid symptom. According to the location where the not-flowing liquid stays, we could subtype the symptoms into Tanyin, Xuanyin, Yiyin and Zhiyin. This kind of disease is very complicated, also hard to treat and recover. This paper is about the treatment experiences from some classic clinical cases.
