摘要
目的观察半导体激光治疗仪配合天和骨通贴膏对膝关节置换术后的疗效,并与口服塞来昔布进行对比研究。方法选取膝骨性关节炎行膝关节置换术患者64例,将所有患者随机分2组,治疗组(半导体激光治疗仪配合天和骨通贴膏):术后将无菌敷贴覆盖保护切口,将天和骨通贴膏(药厂生产)分别贴于膝关节内、外、后三侧,3贴/24 h,共用10 d;术后第2天,使用半导体激光治疗仪,波长980 nm,15分/1次,2次/1天,连续10天;对照组:口服塞来昔布,共用10 d。结果两组术后分别比较第2天、第4天、第6天、第8天、第10天VAS评分,治疗组与对照组P<0.05;术后分别比较第2天、第6天、第10天血浆白细胞介素-1β,治疗组与对照组P<0.05;治疗组与对照组(P<0.01),2组不良反应差异有统计学意义。结论在膝关节置换术后,运用半导体激光治疗仪配合天和骨通贴膏外用,消肿止痛,改善血循环效果明显。可能与减少炎症递质血浆白细胞介素-1β的释放有关。同时说明其消肿、止痛效果优于口服塞来昔布,但不良反应较口服塞来昔布少,临床上值得推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of semiconductor laser therapeutic apparatus combined with Tianhe Gutong paste on the postoperative knee joint replacement, and to compare with oral celecoxib for research. Methods 64 cases of knee osteoarthritis knee arthroplasty patients were selected, and all patients were randomized into two groups. In the treatment group (semiconductor laser therapeutic apparatus and Tianhe Gutong paste) , postoperative aseptic was applied cover to protect the incision, Tianhe Gutong paste was used (pharmaceutical factory production) respectively to the knee inside, outside, after three side, 3/24 h, common 10 d. After 2 days, semiconductor laser therapeutic apparatus was used, and the wavelength was 980 nm, 15 points / 1 time, 2 times/day, and the treatment continued for 10 days. The control group took orally celecoxib, the treatment continued 10 days. Results The VAS score of postoperative 2 days, 4 days, 6 days, day 8 and 10 day between the treatment group and the control group was compared (P 〈 0.05) . The plasma interleukin-1β after 2 days, 6 days and 10 days between the treatment group and the control group was compared (P 〈 0.05) . The adverse reactions between the treatment group and control group had statistical significance (P 〈 0.01) . Conclusion After knee replacement, semiconductor laser therapeutic apparatus and external use of Tianhe Gutong paste has obvious effect on acetanilide detumescence and improving blood circulation, and may be related to reduce inflammation plasma interleukin- 1β elease of neurotransmitters. At the same time, its relieving swelling and pain effect is better than that of oral celecoxib, but less adverse reaction is less than that of oral celecoxib, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
