目的探究鹅不食草在治疗妇科炎症方面的应用前景。方法结合妇科炎症的发病机制、鹅不食草的药理作用以及其在治疗妇科炎症的临床应用案例。结果鹅不食草挥发油具有抗炎作用,鹅不食草醇提物具有抗菌作用,鹅不食草临床可用于阴道炎、盆腔炎、慢性盆腔炎、霉菌性阴道炎的治疗。结论鹅不食草在治疗妇科炎症方面具有显著疗效,有广阔的应用空间。

Objective To explore the application prospect of small centipeda herb in the treatment of gynecological inflammation. Methods The pathogenesis of gynecological inflammation, the pharmacological action of small centipeda herb and the clinical application cases of its clinical application in the treatment gynecological inflammation were analyzed. Results The small centipeda herb volatile oil had anti-inflammatory effects, the alcohol extract had antibacterial effect, and it can be used in vaginitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and the treatment of colpitis mycotica.
