摘要
目的:探讨协同护理干预措施对社区老年痴呆患者家庭照顾者负担的影响。方法:将122名老年痴呆患者照顾者随机分为干预组(62名)和对照组(60名),干预组接受并参与社区护士领导下的多学科团队的协同护理干预,对照组接受社区常规护理干预,以照顾者负担量表评价干预前和干预4个月时照顾者负担。结果:干预前两组照顾者负担得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预4个月时干预组照顾者负担得分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:协同护理干预能明显降低老年痴呆症患者家庭照顾者的负担。
Objective： To explore the influence of collaborative care model on the burden of family caregivers of senile dementia patients in the community.Methods： One hundred and twenty-two family caregivers were randomly divided into experimental group（ n = 62） and control group（ n = 60）.The experimental group accepted and joined collaborative care of multidisciplinary team led by community nurses,while the control group accepted the routine community nursing services.The caregivers’ burden was assessed by the caregiver burden inventory（ CBI） before and 4 months after the intervention respectively.Results： No statistical difference of caregivers’ burden was found between the two groups before intervention,while 4 months after the intervention,the score of caregivers’ burden in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion： The collaborative care model can dramatically reduce the burden on caregivers of senile dementia patients.
