不同部位结直肠癌的临床病理参数对比

Comparison of clinicopathological features of right-side colon cancer, left-side colon cancer and rectal cancer

目的研究不同部位结直肠癌的常见临床病理参数.方法回顾性分析天津医科大学肿瘤医院结直肠科某治疗组153例于2015-01-01/2015-12-31接受手术治疗的结直肠癌患者的临床资料,其中右半结肠癌35例,左半结肠癌34例,直肠癌84例,对比3组病例之间的性别、年龄、病理分化程度、TNM分期、错配修复蛋白(mismatch repair,MMR)表达、Ki-67标记指数等临床病例参数.结果对比右半结肠癌、左半结肠癌及直肠癌,在发病平均年龄、肿瘤细胞分化程度、T分期、MMR表达、Ki-67标记指数、CA19-9和CA724方面存在显著性统计差异,而性别、肿瘤TNM分期、CEA、CA242等指标则未见显著性差异.结论不同部位的结直肠癌,在临床病理特征、流行病学、分子水平以及预后等方面存在各自的特征,全面透彻的认识有助于治疗的个体化进而实现精准治疗的目的.

AIM To compare the clinicopathological features of colorectal cancers originating from different locations. METHODS Clinical data of 153 cases with colorectal cancer treated at Tianjin Medical University Cancer Hospital between January 2015 and December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different tumor locations, the patients were divided into three groups. Clinicopathological features of different types of colorectal cancer were analyzed and compared. RESULTS Among the three groups, significant differences were observed in age, degree of tumor differentiation, T stage, MMR, Ki-67 label index, CA19-9 and CA724. However, there were no significant differences in sex, TNM stage, CEA or CA242 among the three groups. CONCLUSION Colorectal cancers originating from different locations have their own characteristics. Clinicopathologic evidence is of great value for the recognition of colorectal cancer and may help to accomplish individualized and precise treatment of patients with the disease.
