穴位贴敷对合并过敏性鼻炎的哮喘缓解期血清miRNAs影响的研究

Effect of Acupoint Sticking Therapy on Serum miRNAs of Asthma Patients with Allergic Rhinitis

目的:根据前期研究筛选出的与合并过敏性鼻炎哮喘密切相关的8种miRNAs,观察穴位贴敷治疗对其含量影响。方法:选取本院2015年夏季穴位贴敷哮喘患者,按有无过敏性鼻炎,分为合并过敏性鼻炎组17例,单纯哮喘组17例,均使用咳喘停药贴穴位贴敷治疗;15例健康人作为健康组对照。采用RT-PCR法观察3组治疗前后8种血清miRNAs水平变化情况。结果:治疗前,合并过敏性鼻炎组及单纯哮喘组的血清miR-200a-3p水平均显著低于健康组,miR-95以及miR-34a-5p水平均显著高于健康组。与治疗前比较,单纯哮喘组与合并过敏性鼻炎组治疗后的血清miR-200a-3p水平有升高趋势,但无显著性差异;血清miR-95、miR-34a-5p水平有下降趋势,亦无显著性差异。其余5种miRNAs治疗前后均无显著性差异。结论:miR-200a-3p、miR-95以及miR-34a-5p与哮喘的发生、发展具有一定的相关性,穴位贴敷治疗对其具有一定的影响。

Objective：According to preliminary studies select eight miRNAs of asthma patients with allergic rhinitis,and to observe the effect of acupoint sticking therapy on them. Methods： Kechuanting paste acupoint sticking therapy was used for 17 asthma patients with allergic rhinitis and 17 asthma patients from our hospital in the summer of 2015 ,with 15 healthy persons as the control group. Use RT- PCR to detect blood miRNAs level before and after treatment. Results： Before treatment, serum miR- 200a- 3p levels of the combined allergic rhinitis group and simple asthma group was significantly lower than that of the healthy group, and miR - 95 and miR -34a- 5p were significantly higher than those of the healthy group. Compared with that before treatment, serum miR - 200a - 3p of the simple asthma group and combined allergic rhinitis group after treatment tended to increase, but there was no significant difference; serum miR -95 and miR -34a- 5p levels had a downward trend, but there was no significant difference. MiRNAs of other five kinds before and after treatment had no sig- nificant difference. Conclusion： miR- 200a- 3p, miR- 95 and miR- 34a-5p have a certain relevance to asthma, and acupoint sticking therapy has a certain influence on them.
