针刺联合木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

Acupuncture Combined with Mudan Particles in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:观察针刺联合木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:将来我院确诊为糖尿病周围神经病变的患者50例,随机分为治疗组25例和对照组25例,两组均在西药控制血糖基础上给予木丹颗粒口服;治疗组增加针刺治疗。15日为1个疗程,2个疗程后比较两组患者的MNSI评分、神经传导速度及临床总有效率。结果:治疗后,与对照组比较,治疗组MNSI评分降低(P<0.05),神经传导速度加快(P<0.05),总有效率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by acu- puncture and Mudan particles. Methods ：50 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral administration of Mudan particles, and the observation group was treated with oral administration of Mudan particles and acupuncture. 15 days were as one course of treatment. After 2 courses of treatment, compare two groups according to the MNSI score, lower extremity nerve conduction velocity and efficiency. Results：After 2 Courses of treatment, the MNSI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the nerve con- duction velocity of the lower extremity was significantly improved （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the efficiency was significantly improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with Mudan particles in the treatment of diabetic pe- ripheral neuropathy has a good clinical efficacy.
