壮医药线点灸疗法治疗经行头痛的临床观察

Medicated Thread Moxibustion of Zhuang Medicine in in Treatment of Headache during Menstruation

目的:观察壮医药线点灸疗法治疗经行头痛的临床疗效。方法:选择80例经行头痛患者为研究对象,按照随机分配原则分为观察组40例,对照组40例,观察组予壮医药线点灸治疗,对照组予口服西药芬必得治疗,治疗3个疗程,观察治疗前后患者头痛VAS评分的变化,并评定疗效。结果:两组头痛VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率为80%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在治疗过程中未出现不良反应,对照组有9例出现轻度上腹部不适症状,有5例头部有晕沉感。结论:壮医药线点灸疗法治疗经行头痛具有确切疗效,且无不良反应。

Objective： To observe the medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of headache during menstruation. Methods：There were 80 cases of patients with headache during menstruation. According to the principle of random distribution, the observation group had 40 cases and the control group had 40 cases as well. The observation group received the medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine for 3 courses, and the control group received the oral Fenbid for 3 courses. Observe the score changes of VAS before and after the treatment and evaluate the curative effect. Results：The scores between two groups had a statistical- ly significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total efficiency of the observation group was 95 %, and the control group was 80%. The total effective rates between two groups had a statistically significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. No adverse reactions were observed in the observation group during the treatment. In the control group, 9 cases had mild upper abdominal discomfort, and there were 5 cases with a sense of head halo. Conclusion： Medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine has a definitely therapeutic effect in the treatment of head- ache, and there is no adverse reaction.
