摘要
目的:查明钦州市钦南区两起食物中毒事件的原因,为防止类似中毒事件的发生提出建议。方法:按食物中毒调查的方法开展调查,通过采集剩余食品、患者腹泻粪便标本进行微生物检测。结果:两起食物中毒患者共4例,潜伏期为20min^30min;临床症状基本一致,其中头晕25%(1/4)、恶心75%(3/4)、呕吐50%(2/4)、腹痛75%(3/4)、腹泻75%(3/4)。所采的食物样本及腹泻标本,均未检出各类致病菌,排除致病菌引起的食物中毒,确认为食用苦蒲瓜而引起食物中毒。结论:该次两起食物中毒是食用苦蒲瓜而引起,建议卫生计生和食品药品监督部门加强对公众的健康教育,防止中毒事件发生。
Objective To find out the pathogenic source of two food poisoning incidents in Qinnan District of Qinzhou,and to provide recommendations for the prevention.Methods Food poisoning investigation was conducted.Residual food samples and diarrhea stool specimens were collected for microbiological testing.Results A total of four cases were diagnosed in these two food poisoning incidents,and the incubation period was 20 minutes to 30 minutes.The clinical symptoms of four cases were similar,including dizziness(25%,1/4),nausea(75%,3/4),vomiting(50%,2/4),abdominal pain(75%,3/4),and diarrhea(75%,3/4).Pathogenic bacteria were not detected from residual food samples,so we can affirm that these two food poisoning incidents were caused by bitter lagenaria siceria,not pathogenic bacteria.Conclusions These two food poisoning incidents were caused by bitter lagenaria siceria.It is suggested that the Food and Drug Administration and the health department should strengthen health education among the public to prevent the poisoning incidents.
