摘要
目的:了解吉林地区乡村教师对儿童前牙外伤的认知程度,为儿童口腔保健方案的制订提供依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取吉林地区87个乡镇内的439名乡村教师作为研究对象,以问卷调查的方式收集资料,采用SPSS19.0软件进行分析,组间差异采用卡方检验,校验水准α=0.05。结果:受试者中,90.52%可选择正确的就诊时机;78.80%不能分辨乳恒牙;16.21%可正确选择即刻处理方式,17.10%可正确应用清洁方式,17.46%可选择正确的保存介质。结论:乡村教师对儿童牙外伤的认知不足,应采取口腔医学宣教或科普的方式提高其认知水平。
Objective To investigate the cognition of rural teachers in rural areas of Jilin province about children teeth injury.Methods Stratified random sampling method was used to choose 439 rural teachers in 87 towns as subjects,who were surveyed with questionnaires.The results were analyzed by SPSS 19.0.hi-square test was used to compare the intergroup difference andα=0.05.Results 90.52% of the subjects chose right time for treatment,78.80% could not identify the nature of the injured teeth,16.21% chose the right immediate operating,17.10% chose the best cleaning media and 17.46%chose the right storage media.Conclusions Rural teachers have inadequate cognition of children teeth injury,therefore,dentistry popularization and education should be carried out to improve their cognition.
