摘要
土库曼斯坦阿姆河右岸B-P气田群地质条件复杂、气水关系复杂、产量高,气水矛盾日益凸显,直接影响气田稳产和安全生产。针对该气田群的非整装特性,为解决气井出水问题,开展出水机理和治水相关研究,制定了适用于气田群的控、找、堵、排综合治水技术对策,同时形成了适用于单井的"一井一策"治水指导原则和与单井治水配套的控、找、堵、排单项工艺技术及工艺技术组合。目前治水已初见成效,通过理论计算和工艺优化,将XX-204D井配产由30×104m^3/d进一步降至20×104m^3/d,成功实现无水稳产试采70d;给出了适用于该气田群大斜度开发井的连续油管+Flow Scanner测井仪器的找水工艺,并根据大斜度井在趾端、中段、跟端不同出水位置给出了适用的堵水工艺,对于探井转开发井的直井底水上窜,则直接封堵出水层位;根据B-P气田群气井水产量的不同给出了单井排水采气方案。通过上述研究与工艺方案的实施,形成了适用于阿姆河B-P气田群的综合治水关键技术。
The B-P gas field groups of Amu Darya Basin in Turkmenistan are characterized by complicated geological conditions( e. g. presence of faults and high- angle fractures, and strong heterogeneity), complex gaswater distribution(e.g.presence of edge/bottom water and three gas-water systems) and high productivity.The increasingly predominant gas-water problems have directly affected the stable and safe production of these non-monolithic gas fields.In order to solve the problem of water breakthrough in gas wells,its mechanism and water control was researched,and comprehensive water control techniques including control,detection,plugging and drainage were put forward for the B-P gas field groups.The guideline of "one strategy for one well" and the techniques of control,detection,plugging or drainage and comprehensive water control techniques were proposed for the individual well.These techniques have been effectively used in the B-P gas field groups.Through theoretical calculation and technical optimization,the allocated production of Well XX-204 D was reduced from 30×104m3/d to 20×104m3/d and the water-free stable production was achieved for 70 d.Moreover,the water detection technique with coiled tubing +Flow Scanner logging system was introduced,which is suitable for highly-deviated development wells in the B-P gas field groups.The appropriate water plugging technique was proposed against water breakthrough at different positions(toe,middle interval and heel) in the highly-deviated wells.This technique can help to directly plug the water breakthrough intervals of the bottom water channeling in a vertical development well converted from exploratory well.According to the water pro-duction rates of wells in the B-P gas field groups,the plan of single-well gas recovery by water drainage was recommended.By virtue of these efforts,the key comprehensive water control techniques were formed for the B-P gas field groups of Amu Darya Basin.
