摘要
T形焊接接头在工程中应用广泛,焊脚尺寸直接影响着焊接件的质量.为了探索焊脚尺寸对焊接件强度的影响,分别对取样位置不同、尺寸不同的Q345 T形焊接接头试样进行拉伸试验,得到T形焊接接头的力学性能数据并对其分析比较.按照等强度理论,计算出T形焊接接头在不同受力情况下的最优焊脚尺寸,将理论计算值与试验数值对比分析.结果表明,理论值与试测值基本吻合.
The T welded joint is widely used in engineering,and the size of weld leg directly affects the quality of the products.In order to explore the effects of weld leg size on the joint strength,the experiment was made with the specimens of different sampling position and different sizes of Q345 T welded joint based on tensile test,and the mechanical properties of T welded joint were tested.According to the equal-intensity theory,the optimal weld leg size was calculated at the different load.The comparison between the theoretical calculations and the experimental results showed that the measured value basically agrees well with theoretical value.
