渐进式康复护理对改善乳腺癌患者术后上肢功能的影响

Effect of progressive rehabilitation nursing on upper limb function in patients with breast cancer after surgery

目的探讨渐进式康复护理对乳腺癌患者术后上肢功能的改善效果。方法选取2012年3月至2014年3月在武汉市中心医院行乳腺癌切除术68例乳腺癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。术后所有患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者自术后第3天开始给予渐进式康复护理,对照组患者给予常规护理。随访3个月,比较两组患者患肢功能的恢复情况。结果观察组患者日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)评分明显高于对照组患者,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者患侧肩关节活动度大于对照组患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论渐进式康复护理可有效改善乳腺癌患者术后的上肢功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of progressive rehabilitation nursing on upper limb function in patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods Select 68 patients with breast cancer treated at Wuhan Central Hospital from March 2012 to March 2014. These patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 34 patients in each group. All patients received conventional nursing after surgery. In the observation group,patients initiated progressive rehabilitation nursing at 3 days after operation and patients in the control group received routine nursing care,with follow-up of 3 months.Recovery of limb function was compared between the two groups. Results Activity of daily living scale（ ADL） score was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Shoulder range of motion was larger in the observation group than in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Progressive rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve patients’ upper limb function and it is worth popularizing.
