围手术期优质护理在甲状腺肿瘤手术患者中的应用

Application of perioperative nursing in patients with thyroid cancer

目的探讨围手术期优质护理在甲状腺肿瘤手术患者中的应用。方法选取2013年12月至2015年12月中国医科大学附属第一医院收治的90例甲状腺肿瘤患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组患者给予围手术期优质护理,对照组患者给予常规围手术期护理。对比两组患者手术时间、住院时间,护理前后焦虑抑郁评分、护理满意度和不良反应发生率。结果观察组与对照组相比手术时间和住院时间均缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理后较护理前相比焦虑和抑郁评分均降低,观察组较对照组降低更加显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者护理满意度为68.9%,观察组患者护理满意度为91.1%,观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者不良反应发生率为28.9%高于观察组患者不良反应发生率15.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期优质护理的应用效果显著,有利于患者的恢复,降低患者焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者满意度,并降低患者不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore and analyze the application of perioperative nursing care in patients with thyroid cancer. Methods Select 90 patients with thyroid cancer treated at First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from December 2013 to December 2015. Patients were divided into an observation group and a control group,with patients in each group. Patients in the observation group were given perioperative quality nursing and patients in the control group were given conventional perioperative care.Operation time,length of hospital stay,anxiety and depression scores before and after nursing,nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Operation time and hospital stay were shortened in the observation group compared with the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）.Anxiety and depression scores reduced in both the two groups after care,with observation group more significant than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Nursing satisfaction was 91. 1% for the observation group which was obviously higher than 68. 9% of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reaction was28. 9% for the control group,which was higher than 15. 6% of the observation group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Thyroid cancer patients can benefit from perioperative quality nursing,which can significantly reduce anxiety,depression and the incidence of adverse reactions and improve satisfaction.
