妊娠合并卵巢囊肿围手术期人性化护理的应用

Perioperative humanistic care for pregnancy complicated with ovarian cyst

目的探讨人性化护理在妊娠合并卵巢囊肿围手术期的效果。方法回顾性分析2012年12月至2015年12月西安交通大学医学院第二附属医院收治的90例妊娠合并卵巢囊肿患者的临床资料,按照就诊时间顺序分组,2013年12月至2014年12月入院患者为常规护理组,2015年1月至2015年12月入院患者为人性化护理组,每组45例,对比两组患者护理前后焦虑、抑郁情绪、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和护理满意度。结果两组患者护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分较护理前均降低,人性化护理组较常规护理组相比上述指标改善更加显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。人性化护理组平均手术时间及平均住院时间较常规护理组相比均显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规护理组患者护理满意度为75.6%,人性化护理组患者护理满意度为93.3%,人性化护理组较常规护理组相比护理满意度显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理的临床效果显著,可明显降低焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore and analyze the efficacy of perioperative humanized nursing for pregnancy complicated with ovarian cyst. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 90 pregnancy patients with ovarian cyst treated at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from December 2012 to December 2015. According to the time sequence,patients who visited hospital from January2015 to December 2015 were included in the humanistic nursing group and patients who visited hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were included in the routine nursing group,with 45 patients in each group. Anxiety,depression,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results After nursing,self-rating anxiety scale（ SAS） and self-rating depression scale（ SDS） scores decreased in both the two groups compare with before care,with more significant improvement in humanized nursing group than in the routine nursing group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Mean operation time and hospital stay were significantly shortened in humanized nursing group compared with routine nursing group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Nursing satisfaction 93. 3% for the humanized nursing group which was significantly higher than 75. 6% of the routine nursing group was（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Humanistic nursing reveals remarkable clinical efficacy,which can obviously reduce perioperative anxiety and depression and improve nursing satisfaction in pregnancy patients with ovarian cyst.
