Processing Technology and Results of Quarantine Inspection Before Pig Slaughter

生猪宰前检疫是对屠宰场内生猪在屠宰前实施的检疫,目的是及时发现病猪,实行病猪、健康猪隔离,防止疫病散播。根据20多年的驻场检疫实践,对生猪宰前检疫技术作简要阐述。

Before pig slaughter quarantine is the quarantine of the implementation of slaughterhouses in pigs, the purpose is to discover the sick pigs, to isolate the sick pigs and healthy pigs, to prevent the disease spreading. According to the 20 years practice on site inspection, this paper did a brief analysis on the technology of pig before slaughter quarantine.
